About the Role
As a Trainee Manager, you’ll learn the foundations of people, performance and customer relationship management while supporting the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with customers, handling enquiries, supporting campaign activity and contributing to day-to-day operations.
You’ll receive structured training, coaching, and day-to-day support to help you build the skills and confidence to grow into a successful Manager within Resolve.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the team with campaign management and customer acquisition services.
* Learn how to manage customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
* Assist in handling enquiries and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
* Communicate with customers in-person with professionalism and confidence.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
* Contribute to team goals, performance targets and overall business success.
* Participate in training sessions and actively develop your product, commercial and management knowledge.
