Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility to work from home part-time.
As Senior Public Relations Manager at EVOLVE, you will lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans that elevate client positioning, drive measurable visibility and support commercial growth.
You will be responsible for shaping annual and seasonal strategy, cultivating high-value media relationships, overseeing press moments and events, and ensuring seamless delivery across accounts. The role requires direct management of high-profile clients and stakeholders, maintaining alignment between brand vision, media strategy and execution.
You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and upholding the performance standards of a fast-paced, boutique luxury agency environment.

Qualifications & Experience
Significant experience within a London-based luxury fashion PR agency, with a strong understanding of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a client-facing environment.
Exceptional ability to craft compelling press materials — including press releases, campaign narratives, brand positioning documents, media alerts and founder storytelling — tailored to the luxury fashion, lifestyle and culture sectors.
Demonstrated success in building and leveraging meaningful relationships with Tier 1 UK and international fashion media, stylists, freelance editors, VIP agents and key cultural tastemakers to deliver consistent, high-quality coverage.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of agency dynamics, including client retention, account growth, reporting, budgeting and demonstrating ROI through measurable PR impact.
Proven ability to lead and execute integrated PR campaigns across fashion week moments, launches, collaborations and cultural activations, ensuring seamless coordination between press, VIP, influencer and brand partnerships.
Confident management of high-profile clients and talent, maintaining discretion and composure under pressure, particularly during peak industry periods.
In-depth knowledge of traditional and digital media landscapes, with a nuanced understanding of how editorial, social and celebrity placement intersect within the luxury ecosystem.
Highly developed communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members and overseeing account delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent senior-level experience within a luxury fashion agency setting.
