The Role: Recruitment Resourcer
Key Duties
1. Administration support to the recruitment team.
2. Contacting job applicants and creating a candidate profile from your engagement with them.
3. Formatting of candidate CV's as per company brand guidelines and uploading to recruitment management system.
4. Face to face and video call interviews with job applicants.
5. Understanding the Right to Work and Compliance requirements are met with all job applicants.
6. Completing skill searches through recruitment job boards to match candidates to outstanding vacancies.
7. Posting job adverts on job boards and social media and ensuring these are maintained regularly.
