Job Description Roc Search is actively looking to build a high-performing team of skilled CNC Machinists and Operators to support multiple cutting-edge motorsport programmes.

Please note: These are on-site roles based in Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities
Machining of complex, high-precision components to exacting standards
Operation of 3- and 5-axis CNC machines
Programming and setting using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
Working with a range of materials including aluminium, steel, and other metallic

Ideal Experience
Background in Motorsport, Formula 1, Automotive, Aerospace, or other precision-engineering environments
Proven track record in high-precision, niche machining
Able to work to tight tolerances with a proactive, quality-first mind-set
