Who You Are As a committed and compassionate professional, you are a qualified social worker with accreditation from Social Work England. What the Job Involves This role requires managing a diverse caseload that includes Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and engage with multi-agency partners to ensure positive outcomes for children. You will maintain detailed records, court reports, and liaise with various agencies for effective case management. Your operational responsibilities include supporting families to make informed decisions and providing necessary interventions to reduce the need for accommodations. As a Grade K social worker, you will handle complex and high-risk cases capably and may supervise social work students.
