Camino Search are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing investor backed B2C technology business. The business has gone through multiple funding rounds, expanded internationally and has a well recognisable brand. They're a market leader with diversified revenue streams including subscription services. As a result they're looking to bolster their growth function with a CRM Director.
This is a great role where you'll lead the customer lifecycle strategy and lead growth in the division. You'll work closely with Product, Brand, Data and more.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and enact the businesses CRM strategy from onboarding, engagement and loyalty.
* Work closely with Creative and Brand to deliver messaging including developing new marketing strategies
* Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Set key OKRS including conversion and web analytics
* Manage and grow a CRM team
About you:
* Experience within a B2C business
* Proven track record in scaling CRM teams
* Strong analytical skills
