About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Product & Support Coordinator to join CybaOps product team. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role focused on supporting the product function by managing the support inbox, identifying trends in customer feedback, and maintaining clear, high‑quality documentation. You will work closely with the Head of Product to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that customer insight is captured and acted upon.
This role offers significant scope for progression and is ideal for someone looking to build a career in product, operations, or technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and triaging the support inbox
* Ensuring every support query is acknowledged and responded to
* Organising and categorising support tickets
* Identifying recurring issues, trends, and product insights from customer queries
* Compiling regular summaries of customer feedback and support data
* Supporting the Head of Product with research and administrative tasks
* Writing and maintaining internal and customer‑facing documentation
* Assisting with release notes and internal communications
* Following up with internal teams to ensure actions are completed

* Comfortable managing a busy inbox and prioritising effectively

* Able to work independently while staying aligned with the wider team
* Interest in pursuing a long‑term career in product or technology
Ideal (But Not Essential)
* Experience in a support, coordination, admin, or operations role
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
* Basic data analysis skills
