About the Role
The Restaurant is the beating heart of THE PIG. We offer our guests a daily changing menu dedicated to the ingredients grown within our own kitchen garden and fresh produce provided by local suppliers. This is an opportunity for a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor to work alongside the Restaurant Manager in delivering the exceptional operation of one of the most exciting and award‑winning hotel and restaurant groups in the UK.
As Floor Manager, you will create an exciting work atmosphere with a culture focused on family, fun and community. You will be responsible for "Bringing it together" for helping to lead and drive the daily operations within the restaurant. The Floor Manager will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the performance of the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Responsibilities
• Lead and drive daily restaurant operations. • Supervise team performance and foster teamwork. • Ensure that every guest has a positive experience and that service standards are met. • Assist the Restaurant Manager in operational planning and execution.
Qualifications
We are seeking a self‑motivated Floor Manager with a passion for fostering teamwork and delivering brilliant hospitality. Good communication and people management skills are a must, along with the confidence and ease of working in an attention‑to‑detail environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and exposure to a busy restaurant service.
