Job Description
As a Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the nursery teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Assist with personal care routines and promote independence.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children with varying needs.
* Observe and record children’s progress in line with EYFS framework guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Hold a relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or above).
* Be warm, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Be flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the needs of the setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
