Qualifications
* Valid driving licence
* Experience in home care and care home settings is ideal but not essential as paid training will be provided. No experience is welcome.
* Proficient in English with strong communication skills
* Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
