Role: Project Manager Location: Burton on Trent, Staffordshire Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hybrid Working Do you thrive managing multiple technically complex engineering projects in fast-paced mechanical environments? As our client expands its overhaul capability, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead programmes covering engines, gearboxes, transmissions and associated components across multiple customers. This role offers variety, technical exposure and commercial accountability. You will manage multiple high-turnover overhaul projects simultaneously, coordinating teardown, rebuild and testing activities while maintaining tight control of cost, schedule and risk. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end project delivery across multiple customers. Coordinating production teams through strip, inspect, overhaul and rebuild cycles. Managing financial tracking: invoicing, margins, variance reporting. Maintaining governance documentation including RAID logs and change control. Supporting customer reviews, audits and documentation requirements. Presenting structured performance updates into leadership forums. Ensuring components move efficiently through engineering, quality and supply chain processes. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be technically confident and commercially sharp.
