Responsible Individual (Children’s Residential Services) Location: Croydon (covering homes in Wimbledon, Sutton, Wallington & one new home) Salary: £70,000+ per annum (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: 4 days on-site (1 day per home) & 1 day remote We are seeking an experienced and passionate Responsible Individual (RI) to oversee four children’s residential homes. Three homes are well-established, with one newly registered home. The homes support children and young people aged 8–16, with a mix of Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Learning Disabilities (LD).
