Office Manager responsibilities:
1. Manage office operations, supplies and maintenance
2. Coordinate vendors, invoices and service contracts
3. Support HR and finance with admin tasks and onboarding
4. Organise meetings, events and travel
5. Maintain policies and ensure health & Safety compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Must be fluent in German
7. Knowledge of basic HR and finance procedures
8. Ability to motivate a team
9. Strong organisational skills
10. Good attention to detail and a problem solving mindset
