Maintain regular communication with parents and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student welfare. Monitor attendance and punctuality trends, working with families to improve student engagement. Requirements Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, or social care setting. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation. Must have the right to work in the UK.
