About The Role
If you’re looking for a varied and flexible role which helps us to reach and support more people affected by dementia than ever before, look no further!
You’ll volunteer with our Fundraising teams to raise awareness in your local community and assist our supporters to raise funds. You’ll help us to identify potential new supporters, to build brand awareness and to inspire people in your local area to know more about dementia. By being one of our Ambassadors, you’ll put your passion for making a difference into action by engaging with our supporters in a variety of ways such as attending events, cheque presentations, and helping with bucket collections.
You will support the local Community Fundraiser to identify and engage with new supporters in your community and be an ambassador of Alzheimer’s Society by engaging with supporters through events, cheque presentations, bucket collections, and information tables. You will help to build brand awareness, support fundraisers, and inspire people to learn more about dementia in your local area.
