St Augustine’s Surgery is a friendly, well organised, teaching practice with 20,000 patients. We have 5 partners, 13 salaried GPs, 4 GP trainees, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and an excellent nursing and administrative team. We have pharmacists, first contacts physios and paramedics within our PCN (Keynsham).
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, aspiring and caring GP to join us from March 2026.
We are based in Block C of The Chocolate Factory, Keynsham in a large, purpose-built surgery adjacent to a local café, care home and sporting facilities. We also have sites in Saltford and in St Clements road, Keynsham which are cross covered by all staff.
We are a committed and supportive practice and positively encourage development of additional skills and personal development. We strive to maintain a good work life balance, by offering a variety of work including teaching, training, triage sessions and nursing home ward rounds. We have capped our 15minute appointments in line with BMA recommendations. We have a daily ‘team huddle’ over coffee and offer free lunch daily.
