Our client is an established (M&E) FM Provider with main offices across the UK. It is currently looking to hire a Head of SHEQ as part of its senior leadership team. The Head of SHEQ will be based out of the Bristol with travel across the South of England, and report into the CEO for the maintenance division.
The successful Head of SHEQ will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring legal compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all sites and maintenance projects. You will run a team of SHEQ Managers, this role is operational as well as having a strategic element.
You will develop and implement the SHEQ strategy, policies, procedures, and management systems, and prepare and deliver SHEQ reports, KPIs, and analysis to senior management and external stakeholders as required. In addition, you will support training and development of your team, identifying gaps and succession planning.
This is an integral part of the company’s senior leadership team. It is offering:
