The role is based in our state-of-the-art regional treatment centre, a newly developed facility designed to support high-quality care. The site offers on-site parking and excellent facilities for staff, creating a supportive and well-equipped working environment. The RoleThis is a specialist role where you’ll act as a trusted expert and advocate, supporting colleagues and leading the management of complex safeguarding cases. You will manage a caseload of vulnerable clients, coordinating their care throughout their journey with MSI Reproductive Choices UK to ensure safe, client-centred support. You will provide expert safeguarding advice to both clinical and non-clinical colleagues and work closely with Named Safeguarding Professionals to maintain high standards of safeguarding practice. The role also involves building strong partnerships with external agencies such as social care, police and healthcare providers, supporting regional safeguarding training and supervision, and using data and insight to identify safeguarding themes and drive continuous service improvement.
