The role:
* Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (import/export, sea/road/air)
* Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and clients to ensure seamless deliveries
* Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs clearance
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored logistics solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues quickly
About you:
* Previous experience in freight forwarding (import/export)
* Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
