What you’ll be doing
* Deliver high-quality spa treatments (facials, massage, body treatments)
* Provide excellent customer service and create a calm, welcoming experience
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a high standard
* Promote spa products and aftercare where appropriate
* Work collaboratively with the spa and leisure team
What we’re looking for
* Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in a spa or treatment-based environment preferred
* Professional, friendly and confident with guests
* Reliable and punctual. Non-negotiable.
* Available for weekends and/or flexible cover shifts
