The role of Administration Officer will include:
1. Monitoring overdue fire servicing and investigating why they are overdue
2. Running daily reports and updating spreadsheets
3. Raising purchase orders and GRN'ing invoices
4. Sending certificates and remedial forms out to the Service Delivery Managers to ensure the quotes are correct before we carry out the works
Skills and experiences:
5. Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
6. Good communication skills
7. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel. Outlook and Teams
8. Ability to work independently and use own initiative
9. Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems
