Client Care Coordinator

About the Role
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will work with a supportive team to assist clients via phone. Your responsibilities include managing your own case portfolio, providing administrative support, and handling inbound and outbound calls to maintain contact with clients, customers, and therapists.
What We're Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role supporting clients over the phone.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for administrative tasks.
* Willingness to travel to our Head Office 3 days a week.
