todetailandhaveapositiveattitudetowardswork.Therightcandidatemustbeabletoworkon
theirowninitiativeandworkaspartofateaminfastpacedworkingenvironment.

Requisites:
* PropertyManagementwork-basedexperienceforatleast2-3years(preferIRPM)
* AbletoreadandunderstandLeases
* GoodworkingknowledgeofLandlordandTenantlegislation
* Excellentorganisationskills
* Abletocommunicateclearlyandabletoconstructownlettersasandwhenrequired
* KnowledgeofMSOfficeandgooduseofcomputersoftwarepackages
* Cleandrivinglicence-useofowncarifpossiblebutnotessential
