Youll take ownership of an established electrical team, shaping standards, supporting engineers and leading from the front in a professional, people-first environment.
The Role
* Lead an in-house electrical maintenance team
* Oversee planned & reactive maintenance delivery
* Drive H&S compliance, audits and standards
* Deliver toolbox talks and support engineer development
* Manage PPM schedules and reactive priorities
* Act as senior technical point of contact
* Office-based leadership with site presence as required About You
* Qualified electrical background
* Experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
* Confident leading people and driving performance
* Strong communicator with a supportive leadership style
