We are currently working with a great company based in Trafford – who specialise within the Logistics Industry. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Key Duties:
Reporting to Customer Service Manager – you will be responsible for all Customer Services queries across the Road Freight Department :
5. Dealing with Internal / External Customer Service Queries
6. Weekly Completion & Sending KPI Reports
7. Ensure Shipper Invoices reconciled with Customer Information
8. Maintaining Customer Records
9. Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Levels
10. Track & Trace Shipments
Profile:
11. Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within Customer Service
12. Essential Requirement of working in a similar Freight / Logistics Environment
13. Solid Communication Skills needed – Verbal / Written
14. Excel and Word Experience
