Our team is carefully selected to reflect the core values of professionalism, respect, and transparency, creating meaningful experiences for clients and their families.
The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting individuals with day-to-day living, community access, and overall wellbeing. You will work closely with clients to provide both practical and emotional support, helping them maintain independence while ensuring they feel safe, valued, and respected.
Hours are flexible and will include evenings and weekends.
Hourly rate from £18-21p/h
What You’ll Do
You will provide tailored 1:1 support based on individual needs, assisting with daily routines, independent living tasks, appointments, and social or community activities. The role also involves offering companionship and emotional reassurance, promoting choice, dignity, and independence at all times, and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a caring, patient, and empathetic nature, who has strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. You should be reliable, flexible (including evenings and weekends), and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a support or care role is beneficial but not essential, as long as you have the right approach and willingness to learn.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for individuals who bring a strong foundation in personal assistance and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage responsibilities professionally, sensitively, and with discretion.
Previous experience in a support or care-related role is desirable, but just as important is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
You should demonstrate a caring, patient, and empathetic approach, with the ability to adapt to each individual’s needs and preferences.
Flexibility is key, as no two days are the same and support is tailored around each client. Relevant care or support-based training or certifications are beneficial, but not essential - we value the right values, mindset, and approach above all.
