We are seeking a medically qualified individual to provide first aid support and guidance during the school day. The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills to liaise effectively across all school areas and provide high-quality advice tailored to students' needs.
About you
Education and Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) (desirable)
Current First Aid Certification
Experience:
IT competency
Experience working in a school environment (desirable)
Experience working with or understanding young people (desirable)
Knowledge of SIMS (desirable)
Understanding of health and wellbeing needs of young people
Knowledge of safeguarding requirements and best practices in schools
Personal Skills and Qualities:
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to professional development
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
