We are currently recruiting a branch CSC Coordinator to provide administrative support to the manager. The main purpose of the role is to plan and organise engineer jobs in line with internal and external customer needs, ensuring service excellence and meeting SLA agreements. The role involves supporting management to proactively increase utilisation within designated areas.
You’ll need a sound working knowledge of MS Office and administrative experience. It would be advantageous if you held relevant qualifications. You’ll use these skills to handle a varied workload and work to timeframes, so being highly organised with a keen eye for detail is essential. This role involves teamwork, so good interpersonal skills are key. At times, you will work unsupervised, so initiative, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities are important. If you’re self-motivated and able to handle sensitive information discreetly, we’d like to hear from you!
What you’ll need:
* Strong administration skills gained within a customer service environment
* Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative/customer service role
