Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for outbound calling to a list of warm leads who have already interacted with our marketing funnel or purchased from us in the past. Your mission is to re-engage existing customers, upsell new supplement protocols, and convert fresh opt-ins into long-term health partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads and existing buyers.
Consultative Selling: Understand the customer's health goals and recommend the appropriate supplement stacks to help them achieve results.
Relationship Management: Re-engage past customers to drive repeat purchases and increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up with "maybe" leads to move them toward a close.
Hit Daily Targets: Meet or exceed daily dial counts and monthly sales quotas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Outbound Sales (High-Ticket or Supplement experience is a major plus).
Excellent phone presence: You must be able to build rapport quickly and handle objections with ease.
Interest in Health & Wellness: You should be able to speak confidently about the benefits of supplements.
Grit: The ability to handle "No" and stay motivated for the next dial.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
