Job Description
* Provide administrative support to the finance team, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Assist with processing orders and managing customer accounts.
* Enter data with accuracy an proficiency.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
* Update and maintain the CRM system with relevant sales data and customer information.
* Prepare reports and sales figures for team meetings and management reviews.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within the blue-collar industry.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and creating formulas through excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Experience with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous.
