Motus Commercials in Hull is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our friendly team in the parts department. The role involves working from Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm.

The Business Development Executive role in Hull requires you to demonstrate:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Knowledge of products and manufacturer systems
* An understanding of role demands and the dedication needed for impressive results
* A methodical work approach
* Ability to perform under pressure

It would be advantageous if you have:

* Knowledge of Kerridge systems

This is a customer-facing, field-based role reporting to the Head of Parts Sales. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer account management and maximizing parts sales, working closely with various teams and customers.

Your responsibilities include:

* Growing the customer base for Competitive, All Makes, and Trailer parts using CRM systems
* Providing detailed reports on customer activity, achievements, barriers, and opportunities
* Building customer loyalty and maximizing sales share and margins
* Encouraging customers to use manufacturer web-based sales platforms
* Collaborating with the parts team to ensure excellent customer service
* Developing regional promotions and strong relationships with key customers
* Managing parts inventory accuracy and operational controls
* Resolving invoice queries and bad debt issues promptly
* Implementing account-specific growth strategies
* Engaging in continuous learning and development
