As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll connect product, engineering, and stakeholders – ensuring scrum teams are empowered, requirements are clear, and delivery is smooth.
Your Mission
You’ll work around three core questions:
* Quality Requirements – Are engineers and stakeholders equipped to deliver value?
* Agile & Lean Practices – How can we foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement?
* Delivery Management – What barriers hinder customer value delivery?
What You’ll Be Doing
Quality Requirements
* Facilitate workshops to shape precise requirements
* Capture functional and non-functional needs clearly
* Support creation of epics and user stories
Delivery Management
* Remove blockers for scrum teams
* Maintain delivery roadmaps and report on key metrics
* Ensure teams meet delivery commitments and improve continuously
* Manage stakeholders and cross-team coordination
* Lead agile ceremonies for key initiatives
* Coach teams on agile principles
* Seek better ways of working regularly
What You Bring
* 1+ year in an Agile Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Project Manager role (FinTech/start-up preferred)
* Deep understanding of agile methodologies and practical application
* Proven ability to unblock teams and drive delivery
* Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Fintech knowledge (payments, FX, trading) is a strong plus

* A self-starter with a delivery mindset
* Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
* A natural communicator and organiser
* Obsessed with quality, structure, and detail
