Hours: • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: • £23.00 per hour (Umbrella/LTD)
Job Purpose: • To work directly with young people to build emotional resilience and improve overall wellbeing
• To deliver trauma‑informed support, including substance misuse interventions
• To support positive and sustainable outcomes through targeted work and multi‑agency collaboration
Key Responsibilities
* Provide one‑to‑one and group‑based support to young people
* Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans
* Deliver targeted interventions and regularly review progress against outcomes
* Manage and maintain an active caseload with accurate and timely recording
* Work in line with safeguarding procedures and trauma‑informed practice
* Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support
* Follow organisational policies, procedures, and professional standards
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience working with young people
* Experience within resilience, wellbeing, or substance misuse services
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma‑informed practice
* Experience managing caseloads and delivering structured interventions
* Valid DBS registered on the Update Service
* Ability to start immediately or at short notice
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience working within multi‑agency environments
* Strong communication and engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
