Key Responsibilities:
* Review new customer credit applications and set appropriate credit limits
* Chase outstanding invoices using CRM systems, automated reminders, and online portals
* Implement process improvements and automation to enhance collections efficiency
* Maintain accurate customer records and reconcile accounts using financial software
* Generate aged debt and collection performance reports using Excel or ERP tools
* Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service to resolve payment issues
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and support debt escalation when needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit control
* Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial and CRM systems
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
