Duties
Main duties and responsibilities
Type accurately and keep records.
Prepare general ledger postings, bank deposits and statements.
Reconcile accounts as and when due.
Investigate and restore documentation or accounting discrepancies and problems.
Notify management and compile reports on activity areas.
Work according to established procedures, standards and applicable laws.
Sort and compile checks and invoices.
Issue monies for accounts payable.
Mail checks.
Enter daily worksheets to the general ledger system and record business transactions.
Record refunds and charges.
Input invoices, checks, vouchers, reports, account statements and other records.
File and tally deposits.
Process bills for payment.
Match payments to invoices.
Ensure that receipts for payments are received by company and that refunds to customers reach them.

Qualifications
GCSE in Maths and English•Excellent administration and organisation skills.
•An eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
•Interpersonal skills and ability to establish good working relations with colleagues.
•Commitment to team goals and personal development.
