About the Role
Support Worker (Female Only) This role is advertised under the Genuine Occupation Requirement on the basis that Lancaster and Morecambe district require female support staff for their patients. We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and adaptable individuals who are ready to empower others to live life on their own terms. Our service offers short breaks in purpose-built, fully equipped accommodation (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) for people with a wide range of disabilities. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy meaningful experiences and maintain their independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with daily living activities and personal care
* Supporting individuals to access community activities and social opportunities
* Helping manage finances and administer medication
* Promoting health, well‑being, and positive outcomes in line with care plans and risk assessments

This position is part time. Please note the salary quoted is full‑time equivalent; the salary received will be paid on a pro‑rata basis.
