Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: As our IT Infrastructure Analyst, we expect you to have strong expertise in both cloud and on-premises backend services, including Azure, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services. You should possess a detailed understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Desktop and Server Operating Systems, and Microsoft System Management Tools. Additionally, a solid grasp of Network Technology and Network Topologies will be essential. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a deep technical skill set, capable of anticipating challenges before they arise. Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee on-site networks and cloud-based infrastructures, focusing primarily on hosted active directory services and Azure technologies. You will manage, maintain, and enhance IT systems to ensure uninterrupted operations, robust security, and continuous improvement. Under the guidance of the Deputy IT Director, you will lead IT infrastructure projects, including the design, implementation, and optimization of IT systems aligned with our organizational objectives. You will also be a key escalation point for on-site support teams, providing advanced technical expertise as part of the 3rd line support framework. Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues will be a crucial part of your duties, requiring collaboration with vendors and external support teams to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
