Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated experienced Logistics Consultant to join our existing team. As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be experienced in the end to end recruitment process. Liaising with current clients as well as building your own pipeline. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging talent for various positions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract the best candidates to meet our organisational needs.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Utilise social media management tools to promote job vacancies and engage with potential candidates.
4. Maintain accurate records of candidates
5. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with organisational culture and job requirements.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
7. Generate leads through various channels to expand the candidate pool.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
10. Experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record is essential
11. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping others find their ideal roles.
13. Must have own transport with business insurance
We can offer you, depending on previous experience, up to £30k + Attractive Bonus Structure.
Working Monday to Friday – 5pm,
