This includes tasks like dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, washing windows, and emptying trash. Cleaners must have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a good work ethic while using cleaning supplies safely and efficiently. Responsibilities • Surface Cleaning: Dusting furniture, light fixtures, and other surfaces, as well as washing windows and mirrors. • Floor Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to remove dirt and keep them clean. • Kitchen & Bathroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, appliances, toilets, and showers. • General Tidying: Emptying trash and recycling bins, making beds, and changing linens. • Equipment Maintenance: Safely using cleaning supplies and equipment, and keeping equipment clean and in good working order. • Client Communication: Understanding and fulfilling client preferences, communicating effectively about cleaning needs, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
