Job Description This is a Data Analyst role where you will be working as part of the analytics team within the Estates function, focusing on developing, analysing & creating tools/models/reports used by the business. You must have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills & be able to adapt to fast paced, ever changing business environments. Role Description: Update and maintain a key quarterly report within the business – collecting data from stakeholders, validating and analysing inputs, and delivering summary insights. Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards; design and develop new reports as needed. Produce ad-hoc reports and perform detailed analysis of property data using Excel. Write and optimise database queries. Working with large data sets - analysing, interpreting & drawing conclusions to support business critical decisions Assist in the implementation of AI and automation projects, primarily in Airtable. Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
