What does this Support Worker job involve?

Hours of Work: Up To 37.5 Hours Per Week – Shifts: 7am-6pm / 6pm-10pm + Some Weekend Work

* Support our clients to live independently in their own homes
* Build meaningful relationships with regular, local clients, with a minimum of 30-minute call times
* Take advantage of further medical condition-specific training to develop your skills
