Apprentice / Trainee Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Installer

Salary- £19,000-£30,000
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice / Trainee to join my clients Refrigeration and Air Conditioning installation team working on supermarket, convenience and petrol forecourt projects.
You will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience while working towards industry-recognised qualifications.
What you’ll do:
* Assist with installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* Support site surveys, testing, commissioning and documentation
* Learn to work from drawings and specifications
* Help maintain safe, clean and organised sites
* Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures
What we’re looking for:
* Keen to learn with a positive attitude
* Practical and reliable with good timekeeping
* Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Interest in engineering or building services
* Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
