As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the service team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve coordinating service appointments, managing customer communications, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service department. Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (to cover holiday, time off in lieu) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate service appointments for customers. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services and repairs. Maintain accurate records of service appointments and customer interactions. Assist with invoicing and processing payments. Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the service area is clean and organized. Your profile Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency with computer systems and software, including MS Office.
