Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Partner
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid with client visits as needed)

Role Overview:
The Enterprise Solutions Partner is a senior client-facing role that combines strategic business development, technical expertise, and relationship management. This individual will be responsible for driving growth within VE3’s enterprise accounts, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions.




Requirements


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
o Act as the trusted advisor for enterprise clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning VE3’s solutions to their needs.
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers.
o Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
2. Business Development and Growth:
o Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise accounts through proactive networking and strategic outreach.
o Expand existing accounts by uncovering cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
o Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs.
3. Technical Advisory and Solution Design:
o Leverage deep technical expertise to provide consultative guidance on a wide range of enterprise technologies and platforms, including cloud services, ERP/CRM systems, and emerging technologies like AI, ML, and cybersecurity.
o Work closely with delivery teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that achieve measurable client outcomes.
4. Strategic Leadership:
o Contribute to VE3’s growth strategy by identifying market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the enterprise sector.
o Represent VE3 at industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
5. Project Oversight and Collaboration:
o Ensure successful project execution by collaborating with delivery teams and addressing any escalations effectively.
o Monitor project milestones and outcomes to ensure alignment with client objectives.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Experience:
o 10+ years in client-facing roles such as enterprise account management, business development, or consulting.
o Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts, with experience delivering multi-million-pound engagements.

* Technical Expertise:
o Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP/CRM solutions (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and digital transformation.
o Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, ML, cybersecurity, and data analytics in enterprise contexts.

* Industry Knowledge:
o Deep understanding of enterprise operating models and challenges across key sectors such as finance, healthcare, energy, and government.
o Experience working with public sector organizations is a plus.

* Skills:
o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
o Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
o Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
