Our client is an established, internationally recognised creative studio in central London delivering large-scale projects for cultural, public, and commercial clients worldwide.
The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on resource planning, team allocation, workload balancing, and project scheduling across multiple concurrent workstreams. You'll report capacity and delivery insights to senior leadership.
You'll also support a team of 20+ across creative and technical disciplines — covering onboarding, reviews, recruitment coordination, freelance management, and general wellbeing. Operationally, the role spans facilities, IT liaison, health and safety, and studio efficiency, with some involvement in business development and client-facing activity.
This is a hands-on role working closely with the founders in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment.
