Our UK team plays an important role in supporting the continued growth of the beauty business across Europe, working closely with retail partners and internal teams to build brand presence, drive commercial performance and deliver excellence in market.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive Key Account Executive to support the management of multiple retail accounts across Europe.
This role is well suited to someone with strong analytical capability, account management experience and a hands-on approach to driving sales performance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain and Business Units to support commercial growth, optimise retail execution and strengthen key retail partnerships.
Accountabilities
* Support to manage multiple retailer accounts across EU countries
* Manage the P&L of the brand’s product portfolio and achieve sales target
* Maintain Strong Relationship with retailers
* Support in managing the sell-in/sell-out sales strategies
* Drive the retail sell in / sell out sales, grow the market share and optimize the sales revenue
* Store Visit regularly for random checking our products to ensure it is placed properly
* Carry out VM Management, VMD development and updates for retailers
* Ensure the accuracy on project planning, workflow setting and reports
* Work closely with Marketing team to drive the trade marketing to boost the sales revenue and enhance the customers’ awareness
* Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure the expenditure is spent in an efficient way
* Work closely with Supply Chain team for order fulfilment
* Closely work with Business Units to manage stock forecasts, orders management, shipments monitoring to ensure the sufficient inventory
* Manage the sales forecast, prepare the monthly sales report and analysis
About You
* Professional proficiency in English; additional European language skills would be advantageous
* FMCG background; beauty industry experience is a plus
* Well analytical skills, project leading experience is a must
* Sales driven, ambitious, proactive, and collaborative team player
* Proven track record of Sales and Account Management
* Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills
* Hybrid working model (3 days office/ 2 days home)
