We are looking for a Maintenance person to support the team. Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the property Looking after basic plumbing, painting, gardening, and general building upkeep Conducting routine checks to keep the place safe, functional, and presentable Logging jobs, prioritising tasks, and keeping the team updated Working alongside staff and occasionally supporting young residents with practical guidance Making sure health & safety standards are met The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Solid experience in a maintenance or trade-based role Confidence across a range of basic repairs A practical mindset and a knack for problem-solving The ability to work on your own initiative (and know when to call in a specialist!)
