Job Description
3. Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and compliance with regulations.
4. Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvements.
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
6. Identify potential risks and provide insights to mitigate them effectively.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit strategies and plans.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
9. Support the Accounting & Finance team in achieving organisational objectives through robust auditing.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal audit methodologies and tools.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Internal Auditor should have:
11. Experience in internal auditing within the Financial Services industry.
12. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Proficiency in audit tools and financial reporting systems.
14. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise across departments.
