Are you a compassionate care professional looking to develop specialist skills? We’re looking for a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 overnight support for a child with complex needs. Full training will be provided, so even if you’re new to clinical tasks, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience.
Role Overview
* Provide 1:1 overnight care, supporting both medical and emotional needs
* Help the child feel safe, included, and empowered at home
* Collaborate with family and healthcare professionals
Training & Development – We’ll Teach You
* Tracheostomy care
* Suctioning (oral, tracheal, nasopharyngeal)
* Enteral & PEG feeding
* Oxygen therapy
Even if you haven’t done these before, you’ll receive full guidance and support.
