Description
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team fostering collaboration and growth.
* Prepare Group financial statements and board presentations with variance analysis and insights.
* Oversee cash management, FX planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Manage statutory accounts, tax filings, audits, and ensure compliance with global deadlines.
* Conduct balance sheet reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Maintain key external relationships (auditors, advisers, banks, insurers).
* Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and growth.
* Partner with operations to deliver financial support and promote collaboration.
* Review investment cases and contracts to assess financial viability.
* Enhance ERP systems and reporting tools for better performance insights.
* Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
